Sai Life Sciences reported securities dematerialization details to Indian stock exchanges

Sai Life Sciences Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited that it has certified the details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and furnished them to all stock exchanges where the company is listed, according to a filing on October 5, 2026. KFin Technologies Limited acted as the Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent for Sai Life Sciences Limited.
