SONA BLW Precision Forgings Limited’s committee approved equity share allotment to employees

Sonacomstar, now known as SONA BLW Precision Forgings Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 41,850 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees who exercised vested options under the Sona Employee Stock Option Plan - 2023, increasing the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 6,24,12,84,240 to Rs 6,24,17,02,740.
