Gallard Steel shareholders appoint Sinha, Khandwala as directors, re-appoint auditors

Gallard Steel Ltd. announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Praveen Sinha and Habib Khandwala as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, effective September 8, 2026, during the company’s 11th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, shareholders appointed M/s Anil Kamal Garg & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a term from the conclusion of the current Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting in 2031.
