Harmony Capital Services Limited appointed Mrs. Kakoli Ghosh as an Additional Director with effect from October 1, 2026, disclosing that she is the wife of the company’s Managing Director, Rajesh Ghosh. The company also appointed Mr. Ajay Yadav, Proprietor of M/s. Ajay Yadav & Associates, as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and approved the shifting of its registered office to 507, Highway Commercial, I. B. Patel Road, Near Petrol Pump, Goregaon (East), Mumbai – 400063, Maharashtra, effective October 1, 2026.
