Trading & Agencies Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of Mrs. Jyotsana Vishnu Joshi as an independent, non-executive director with effect from August 11, 2026, for a term of five years, and the change in designation of Mr. Gopal Lal Paliwal from managing director to director (promoter, non-executive), also effective August 11, 2026, at the company's 46th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026.
