Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Limited informed the BSE Limited that members at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. K B Nambiar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 31st AGM until the conclusion of the 36th AGM, succeeding M/s. Srinaga & Giridharan, Chartered Accountants, whose second term concluded at the same meeting.
