Computer Age Management Services allotted shares to employees under its 2019 scheme

Computer Age Management Services Limited announced the allotment of 90,305 equity shares at a face value of Rs 2 each to eligible employees under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019. The allotment, approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, occurred on October 1, 2026, and increases the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 49,70,17,366, consisting of 24,85,08,683 equity shares.
