KSH International Limited announced that its board of directors appointed Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 5, 2026, with a recommended term of three years ending October 4, 2029, and noted the resignation of Mr. Ajay Shriram Patil, Independent Director, effective October 1, 2026.
