Cranex Limited shareholders re-appointed Piyush Agrawal as Managing Director for five years

Cranex Limited announced that shareholders at its 51st Annual General Meeting on September 29th, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Piyush Agrawal as Managing Director for five years, effective October 1st, 2026, through September 30th, 2031, and Mr. Chaitanya Agrawal as Whole-Time Director for the same period. The company also appointed M/s. Parveen Rastogi & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five years, from financial year 2026-27 to financial year 2030-31.
