Rajdarshan Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. that it has closed the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
