Samyak International shareholders approved increased authorized share capital at their AGM

Samyak International Limited informed the BSE that its members approved an alteration to Clause V of the company’s Memorandum of Association at its Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, increasing the authorized share capital from Rs 16,00,00,000 divided into 1,60,00,000 equity shares to Rs 25,00,00,000 divided into 2,50,00,000 equity shares, subject to approval from the Registrar of Companies.
