Jatalia Global Ventures Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.
