Ridhi Synthetics will close its insider trading window starting October 1, 2026

Ridhi Synthetics Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will close its trading window for all insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter or half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s insider trading code.
