Finolex Cables shareholders re-elected directors for five-year terms at the AGM

Finolex Cables Limited announced that shareholders at the company’s 58th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Vanessa Singh, Zubin Billimoria, and Sriraman Raghuraman as Independent Directors for a second term of five years, commencing September 30, 2026, and the re-appointment of Ratnakar Barve as a Whole-time Director for a second term of five years. Shareholders also re-appointed Nikhil Naik as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, who is liable to retire by rotation.
