Chandra Bhagat Pharma halts securities trading for insiders pending financial results

Chandra Bhagat Pharma Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has closed the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for all directors, officers, and key managerial personnel, effective immediately, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
