Tandhan Energies Limited, formerly known as Shah Foods Limited, announced that shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. MR & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company's Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27 through the financial year 2030-31, at its 44th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026.
