CSM Technologies changes COO to CSO, increases Ashwini Kumar’s remuneration

CSM Technologies Limited announced changes to its senior management, stating that Mr. Mrutyunjaya Panda’s designation has been changed from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Strategy Officer, effective October 1, 2026, and that the remuneration of Mr. Ashwini Kumar has been increased from Rs 78,00,000 per annum to Rs 1,01,00,004 per annum, also effective October 1, 2026.
