CSM Technologies shareholders approved changes, including a new auditor, at their AGM

CSM Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its members approved changes at the company's 27th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, including a change in the status of Mr. Priyadarshi Pany from a Director not liable to retire by rotation to a Director liable to retire by rotation, and the appointment of M/s. Bimal Pattanaik & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from 2026-2027 until the financial year 2030-2031.
