Yogi Infra Projects closes trading window for insiders ahead of Q3 2026 results

Yogi Infra Projects Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
