Cholamandalam Investment converts debentures into equity shares, fulfilling placement document terms

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited announced that its QIP Committee approved the conversion of 43,000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures into 30,54,849 equity shares at a conversion price of Rs 1,407.59 per share, according to a regulatory filing on September 30, 2026. The conversion fulfills the terms of the Placement Document related to 7.5% CCDs issued to qualified institutional buyers, with the newly allotted equity shares ranking pari-passu with existing shares and to be listed on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
