Ikoma Technologies Limited, formerly known as Vuenow Infratech Limited, held its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing, with 36 shareholders attending. The meeting, chaired by Whole Time Director Paras Chand Jain, addressed several resolutions including the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of directors Bhavesh Bhairaram Lohar and Preeti Kiran Mehta. The company also sought approval for the re-appointment of Paras Chand Jain as Whole Time Director and other independent directors, along with approval for managerial remuneration and withdrawal of a preferential issue of 59,99,736 equity shares to shareholders of Mahakal Devcon Limited.
