SRM Contractors Limited informed the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its members approved the change in designation of Ms. Ashley Mehta from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director, effective October 1, 2026, and appointed M/s Rohit KC Jain & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as the company's statutory auditor for a period of 5 consecutive years, commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31.
