Jio Financial Services and Allianz invest Rs 320 crore each in Jio Allianz General Insurance

Jio Financial Services Limited and Allianz Europe B.V. have jointly invested Rs 320.05 crore each in Jio Allianz General Insurance Limited, a 50:50 joint venture, by subscribing to 32,00,50,000 equity shares, bringing Jio Financial Services’ total investment in the venture to Rs 375 crore.
