Khyati Multimedia - Entertainment Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015.
