BCL Enterprises closes trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results announcement

BCL Enterprises Limited informed the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the results to be communicated later.
