Elecon Engineering Company Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after a board meeting scheduled for October 14, 2026, at Vallabh Vidyanagar, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with related segment-wise financial results, and to consider the declaration of an interim dividend on equity shares, if any.
