Mrs. Dubey is the mother of Chairman cum Managing Director Mr. Dhirendra Dubey and Whole-Time Director cum CFO Mr. Nikhil Kuber Dubey, and her re-appointment fulfills the requirement for a woman director on the board as per applicable regulations.
