Lactose (India) Limited shareholders appointed Alpesh A. Lakeshri as Cost Auditor through September 30

Lactose (India) Limited informed the BSE that shareholders approved the appointment of Alpesh A. Lakeshri as Cost Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2027, at a meeting held on September 30, 2026. Lakeshri, a practicing Cost Accountant since August 2023, is also the Cost Auditor for several other companies including Alivira Healthcare Private Limited and Piramal Pharma Limited.
