Aegeus Technologies shareholders approved Anil Kapoor as a Director for a five-year term

AEGEUS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, formerly Aegeus Technologies Private Limited, announced that its shareholders approved the regularization of Mr. Anil Kapoor as a Director (Non-Executive Independent) at the company's 9th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Kapoor, who was initially appointed as an Additional Director on July 23, 2026, will serve a term of five consecutive years, from July 23, 2026, to July 22, 2031.
