Talbros Engineering Limited announced that at its 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Shashi Khurana as Non-Executive and Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective May 23, 2027, to May 22, 2032.
