Pioneer Embroideries closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Pioneer Embroideries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of financial results for directors, officers, employees, insiders, and designated persons.
