Waaree Technologies appoints BHATTE R & CO. as statutory auditor through 2031

Waaree Technologies Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s. BHATTE R & CO. as the Statutory Auditor, replacing the retiring M/s. R T Jain & Co LLP, at its Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. The appointment, effective from the conclusion of the 13th AGM, will continue until the conclusion of the 18th AGM in 2031.
