Radaan Media Works shareholders approve Sarath, Uma for director roles at AGM

Radaan Media Works India Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Rahhul Sarath as a Whole-time Director and Ms. M. Uma as a Non-executive Independent Director at the company's Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. Mr. Sarath’s appointment is effective September 1, 2026, for a tenure of 3 years, while Ms. Uma’s appointment is effective the same date for a 5-year term.
