Sunrise Efficient Marketing shareholders approved Desai’s appointments as independent directors through September 2031

Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited informed the BSE that shareholders approved the regularization of the appointments of Mr. Hitesh Gunvantbhai Desai and Mr. Nirav Manoj Kumar Desai as Non-Executive Independent Directors at the company's 06th Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026. Both directors were initially appointed as Additional Directors on January 17, 2026, and will now serve a five-year term until September 23, 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
