Foseco Crucible (India) Limited, formerly Morganite Crucible (India) Limited, will close its share trading window for promoters, promoter group, directors, and designated persons/employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting scheduled to approve the company’s financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
