EIH Limited, also known as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, will close its trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, in anticipation of considering unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, and other matters, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited.
