Bajaj Steel closes trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results announcement

Bajaj Steel Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares and securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, for Designated and Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, pending consideration and approval of the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours after the announcement to the stock exchange.
