GRP Limited closes equity trading window ahead of financial results declaration

GRP Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
