MSR India Limited closes securities trading window for designated individuals October 1, 2026

MSR India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons covered under the company’s code of conduct, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
