Indus Infra Trust will halt trading for insiders following the September 2026 results announcement

Indus Infra Trust will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and the Trust’s code of conduct; the date of the board meeting of GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited, the investment manager of the Trust, to declare the results will be announced later.
