PRAG BOSIMI SYNTHETICS LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for directors, designated persons, designated employees, insiders and their immediate relatives.
