Adroit Infotech’s board will meet October 3 to approve trustee appointments and related policies

Adroit Infotech Limited will hold a board meeting on October 3, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. to consider and approve the appointment of trustees for the Adroit Infotech Employees Welfare Trust, the execution of related trust documents, and authorization for registration with various authorities including the Registrar of Companies, Income Tax Department, Stock Exchanges, and SEBI. The board will also consider and approve the adoption and implementation of the Trust Funding Policy, Share Acquisition Policy, Trust Administration Policy, and authorization for the trustees to implement and administer AIL ESOP-2023.
