Storage Technologies directors, including Dor and Khatri, were re-appointed through November 2028

Storage Technologies and Automation Limited’s board of directors includes Managing Director Mohammad Arif Abdul Gaffar Dor, appointed in March 2010 and holding 13,50,000 shares, and Chairman and Executive Director Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri, who joined the board in June 2016. Other directors are Whole Time Directors Syed Azeem, Afzal Hussain, Nuuman Khasim, and Khasim Sait, all appointed in March 2010. Several familial relationships exist among the directors, including brothers Mohammad Arif Abdul Gaffar Dor and Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri, and brothers Afzal Hussain and Nuuman Khasim, who are also father and sons with Khasim Sait. All directors were re-appointed on November 2, 2026, for a term concluding November 1, 2028.
