Cupid Breweries halts trading for insiders ahead of financial results announcement

Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from Thursday, October 01, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to consider the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results will be announced later.
