Delta Industrial Resources halts trading for insiders pending quarterly results release

Delta Industrial Resources Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons, connected persons, directors, promoters and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, as per SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
