Pashupati Cotspin Limited to seek board approval for share capital increase and bonus shares

Pashupati Cotspin Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 3, 2026, to consider and recommend an increase in authorized share capital and the issuance of bonus shares, subject to approvals, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The board will also approve a draft postal ballot notice and appoint M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates as a scrutinizer for the postal ballot.
