Cura Technologies will halt trading following quarterly results declaration, per SEBI regulations

Cura Technologies Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, for designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the company will also schedule a board meeting to consider and approve the financial results, with a separate notice to be sent to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
