SMR Jewels Limited, formerly SMR Jewels Private Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, reopening 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited half-yearly financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026.
