Foods & Inns Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that a trading restriction period will commence on October 1, 2026, and continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
