FX Multitech Limited will halt trading for insiders pending financial results release

FX Multitech Limited, formerly FX Multitech Private Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, until 48 hours after the public release of its unaudited financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to consider the results will be announced separately.
